Mitsubishi Triton touches Thai soil

BANGKOK: Finally, the wait is over! The all-new Mitsubishi Triton has finally touched the Thai soil today at the 37th Bangkok International Motor Show and received well. The launch was graced by authorities of Mitsubishi Thailand and Mitsubishi global office. Thailand has always been a big market of pick-ups and with the launch of this Mitsubishi pick-up, the battle has reached the next level. The 2016 Mitsubishi Triton has just got mightier and packs numerous new aspects which give a hint of SUV rather than the feel of pick-up. With an all-new avatar to flaunt, the latest Triton houses an MIVEC 2.4-litre engine in its Double Cab GLS trim. This engine churns out 181 hp of power and 430 Nm of thrilling torque while ensuring more better fuel efficiency than the previous versions.

Talking about the cabin of this newcomer, the new Triton 2016 is a house of numerous aspects including an advanced infotainment facility and dual-zone climate control system. A 6.1-inch touchscreen offers the facility of navigation along the way. Triton GLS Edition is a comfort-centric drive and so electronic 8-way adjustment seat is offered for the driver. The exterior is given a sturdy and robust look, just like an SUV with 17-inch alloy wheels to give freedom of driving it at off-roading tracks.

Loaded with various safety aspects, the new Triton nowhere looks like a commercial drive and not an SUV. The new Triton 2016 has a competition with Chevrolet Colorado in its class and with the new look and features, it is sure to snatch the market of Chevrolet.
