Ford Thailand Honoured With Quality Satisfaction Award and CSR Award
The recently held 32nd Thailand International Motor Expo 2015 also hosted an award ceremony along with the grand exhibition of all the latest models and concepts from global brands. Saruth Ingkavat, Marketing Director of Ford Thailand received two awards namely Thailand Automotive Quality Awards (TAQA) and CSR Award for their support of the disabled on behalf of Ford Thailand from Sontirat Sontijirawong, advisor, Minister of Industry.
The award ceremony was held at the ground of the Motor Expo 2015 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok. Ford was awarded for Outstanding Initial Quality satisfaction for a Compact SUV and Outstanding Brand Image for Good Handling.
The main aim of Thailand Automotive Quality Awards is to support Thailand's automotive industry in its venture in enhancing products and services. Its results are based mainly on customer satisfaction and motivate the industry in meeting global standards.
It was also awarded CSR Award for its support for disabled people by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. Ford Thailand Manufacturer celebrates the extraordinary potential of people with disabilities by providing them a higher quality of life through its ongoing support activities including offering meals and basic amenities.
The Organisational Excellence Award for Disability Support Services for its extraordinary contribution was received by Sukkamon Sopachote, Human Resources Manager, FTM from Adul Saengsinkaew, Police general, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.
These awards were subjected to the survey of 5,930 automotive users across 77 provinces in Thailand emulating its firm and strong reputation among the auto car users.
