Citroen Cactus M Concept Revealed Globally
BANGKOK: Citroen Cactus M Convertible concept car unveiled overnight, ahead this car has its public debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. This Citroen car will be the show stopper at the big fat motoring festival in Germany.
The new Citroen Cactus M adapts C4 Cactus platform, which will be arriving in Thailand in some next years. Build on the same wheelbase of 2600 mm, the new Citroen Cactus M comprises the new dimensions as 4160 mm x 1730 mm x 1480 mm (L X W X H).

Its latest design has got a more upright windshield, revamped front bumper and couple of LED headlamps. Inspired by the rugged and conventional Mehari, the new Citroen Cactus M features an exquisite interior which can be easily hosed out through incorporated outlets into the lower end of car. The quality seats are upholstered with waterproof fabric. In addition, its rear pillar enables the occupants to store windsurfing boards or wakeboards with ease.

To protect the car from rain, this car has an inflatable top which covers the whole length of the cabin. However, its two elongated front doors are formed with lightweight plastic and also comes integrated with signature air-bumps.
Coming over its mechanics, the Citroen Cactus is powered with 1.2 litres turbocharged engine PureTech petrol engine which is capable of generating 81 kW of power output. Further, the engineers have mated this powertrain with 6-speed automatic transmission. Alongside, the brand has emphasized on the car’s Grip Control System which offers improvised traction.
Moreover, the Citroen Cactus M rides on 19-inch alloy wheels that feature narrow tread pattern which is designed to reduce the aerodynamic noise.
