Aston Martin DB9 GT Bond Edition Launched in Thailand - 2 Units to Grab

BANGKOK: The British manufacturer, Aston Martin has launched the new DB9 GT Bond Edition by two dealers - Heritage Motor Sales & Service (Thailand) Co. Ltd. and Master Group Corporation (MGC) Corporation. Celebrating 50 years of relationship between Aston Martin and James Bond 007, the legendary sports car manufacturer has come up with a limited count, which eulogizes the release of James Bond movie- Spectre.

General Manager of Heritage Motor Sales & Service (Thailand) Ltd. said, “Aston Martin and James Bond have a long engagement. The manufacturer with its models acknowledging the launch of Spectre, the latest movie. We are also very grateful to celebrate the special occasion along with the movie release and sports car launch. The embedded 007 logos and sophisticated embellishments inside the cabin enhance the feel of Aston Martin DB9 GT. Alongside, the car has provided with Ami II touch-sensitive infotainment display screen. The manufacturer has produced total 150 units of this luxurious car worldwide.”

To showcase the luxurious appeal, the new Aston Martin DB9 GT Bond Edition is wrapped with fluted leather, Alcantra covered over the steering. The centre console comes packed with satin carbon-fibre.

On mechanics, the new Aston Martin DB9 GT has been powered with a 6.0-litre V12 engine which pumps out extra 30 hp of power output to reach the count of 540 hp. On acceleration, this car will shoot from standstill position to 100 kmph in just 4.5 seconds, showing that it is 0.1 seconds faster than the existing model.
