BANGKOK: The supreme Korean auto manufacturer, Hyundai is set with the release of its upcoming sport edition of the Elantra christened as Hyundai Elantra Sport SE, which will be launched at the Thai Motor Show 2015. The doors for the show opens from December 2 that would last till December 13, 2015. The brand is introducing this sporty edition as a gratitude towards the consumers over the years. Just as the unique way of celebrating the 9 years in Thailand, the new Elantra comes with a sporty kit, which makes it look more stylish and trendy. The sporty kit included includes the side skirts around the car, Blackout spoiler and rear tailpipes that collectively render a sparkling appeal to the luxurious sedan.

The new Elantra continues to adhere the same sophisticated and elegant cabin, which is upscaled due to presence of high quality material. The dual-tone interior with silver accents across the centre console and door panels impart a clean and graceful look to the cabin. The seats are highly comfortable and don't allow the passengers to feel tired on a long run.

The premium sedan packs a 1.8-litres petrol engine under the bonnet that can bang out a maximum power output of 150 PS and a peak torque of 178 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission system, making the drive smooth and breezy.
